Who we are

What we collect
Account details: e-mail address, display name, language and time zone. Your password is stored hashed by the authentication provider and is not readable by us.
Service preferences: assets, timeframes, patterns, quality threshold, daily signal cap, quiet hours and e-mail/Telegram choices.
Content you create: watchlist, chart drawings and your personal trade journal. It is visible only to you and to the system engine that monitors the journal.
Telegram: if you connect it — your Telegram chat ID and username, used to deliver alerts. You can disconnect at any time.
Subscription: your PayPal subscription ID and status. Payment-method details stay with PayPal and never reach us.
Usage: the history of notifications sent to you, video progress and bookmarks, and messages you send through the contact form.
How we use it
To provide the service (sign-in, matching signals to your preferences, sending alerts), to manage the trial and subscription, for support and for security.
Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the preferences page.
Artificial intelligence
When the connection is enabled, structured market data (prices, levels, patterns) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft explanations. Members' personal information is not sent to the AI service.
Service providers
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), a hosting provider for the engine server [TO COMPLETE], Telegram (alerts), PayPal (payments), outgoing e-mail provider [TO COMPLETE], Anthropic (AI) and market-data providers. Some operate outside Israel.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account exists. Technical logs are kept for about 30 days. You can delete your account from the "Account" page; deletion removes your profile, preferences, journal, drawings, watchlist, Telegram link and notification history. Billing records required by law: [TO COMPLETE].
